Well, DKIM-safe anyway.  For SPF safety we'd also need an envelope
sender rewrite.  IIRC BCC recipients do not get an automatic <> null
envelope sender, rather only DSN NOTIFY=NONE is used to discourage
bounces, ...  (This is in part needed because otherwise some downstream
systems may reject "multi-recipient bounces" when they see many
recipients sharing a null sender).
