It is possible, if you don't do this often. Video over email will
be slow because 1) video files are usually much larger than email
messages and 2) video files need to be encoded as text before they
are transmitted via email. The conversion is automatic, it just
takes time and storage.

If you do this often, a high-speed USB SSD may be preferable. They
can easily transfer a GB in a few seconds.
