Somehow postfix-users got dumped for content at cleanup.
Not sure why. But I cleaned the file of anything I was not sure of.

On a lightly server, reload is quick. On a busy server, a reload
interrupts deliveries and requires a queue scan to find messages
that are ready for delivery. That is relatively slow.
No reloads are required to update cdb or lmdb tables. Just update the
table as needed.
