You are still mistaken with regard to what these checks do. Most actual spams perfectly pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC validation. On the contrary, failing either of these checks is most likely a result of configuration error somewhere on the way (or simply incompatibility with these mechanisms, as in case of mailing lists) rather than the message being spam.
