Destination concurrency controlls are transport-wide not per-domain. To specify a different concurrency limit, configure an additional transport. Generally, the default limit of 20 is sufficient even for high volume destinations. If you do routinely open 100 parallel connections to Yahoo, or 200 to Google, they may not be amused. -- Viktor.
