Assuming that Discourse processes bounce messages, this should be very similar to the way that Discourse receives postings and subscription requests. To receive mail for 'replies' you need to add a user or alias or relay_recipient_maps entry with the name 'replies', and specify how to route that that to Discourse. If you need concrete suggestions, then you need to provide concrete information.
