Postfix cannot listen on port 587 because Jack Raats found this:
root@zen:~ # telnet mail.servicemouse.com 587

220 mail.servicemouse.com Dovecot (Ubuntu) ready.
Dovecot is already listening on that port.
You need to configure Postfix or Dovecot to listen on port 587,
not both.
Which system should listen on port 587 I cannot tell.
