cleanup is running in chroot, so the real path for milter-regex
hould be something like
/var/spool/postfix/var/run/milter/milter-regex.sock
Some milters work with chroot properly, but I use many milters at
TCP level so I don't have to play with chroot.

in such case try finding out where the postfix chroot lies, I don't
know your system.
