Do you have some front-end before your Postfix (for example some UTM device
that is filtering mail traffic)? Because the strange rejection message that
is not generated by Postfix somehow correlates for me with "canceled" in
your logs. The front-end gets a SMTP connection, proxies it to your
Postfix, *then* rejects the message because of bare LFs and closes the
connection to your Postfix without completing the SMTP transaction.
