It makes little difference, either way you get an FCrDNS name.
$ getent hosts list{,02}.sys4.de
2a03:4000:60:db7::138 list.sys4.de
2a03:4000:60:db7::138 list02.sys4.de
The variant name is perhaps unintentional, and could then be corrected,
but it should be harmless.
