Correct, but not complete, it is missing a recipient table for the relay
domain, you need:

    # Real table if more than a handful of users.
    relay_recipient_maps = inline:{
        { la...@bar.com = exists },
        { moe@bar@.com = exists },
        { cu...@bar.com = exists },
        }
