Thank you Benny, I already had smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes for both ports in master.cf, however removed it from main.cf - thanks. And regarding chroot, this is OpenBSD and Postfix come with chroot enabled, by default and it did not hurt at all. It works here. Is there any further suggestion you might have?
