This is an early result and I expect that it would only get better

Clarification request: By "convert", do you mean to parallel the text documents, or to replace it or add some audio-only or video-only documents to the existing text documents? The former may enhance documentation accessibility (eg for at least some people with dyslexia), but the latter is bound to make it worse overall, for deaf (and blind for video) system administrators if no one else.

A better use of AI may be to upload all the Postfix texts, and to
find out how well AI can answer questions: can it make recommendations,
analyze problems, and how useful are the results? What works better:
text, audio (and in the future, video), and when?

The above is also applicable here.
