Another way to reject mail from outside is to be sure exclude the
address from the associated list of valid recipients as well as
virtual_alias_maps, canonical_maps, ...  This gives senders a
possibly more appropriate message (address does not exist).

Note also that a user who cannot receive inbound mail, should typically
also not be able to send outbound mail (to which nobody can reply, and
for which any sender-verification probes by receiving systems would fail).
