Maybe it's obvious, but if it's meant to be a checklist, you should add
FCrDNS to that, and probably as the very first point.
Certainly FCRDNS is highly recommended as well as a number of other
steps, but this is meant to be a simple checklist for SPF/DMARC/DKIM
compliance, not an exhaustive list of everything one should do to help
with deliverability.
