Yes, but easily adapted.

PCRE:
/^X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=(?:[5-9]|[1-9]\d)/ ...
ARE:
/^X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=([5-9]|[1-9][0-9])/ ...
Or, simpler, two tests, be it slightly less efficient:
/^X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=[5-9]/ ...
/^X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=[1-9][0-9]/ ...
