Yes, but we could handle at least the obvious case.

Sadly, there is no such list.  The PSL is for cookie provenance, and is
neither complete, nor always well suited to determining administrative
boundaries for email.  So I don't think it would be reasonable to do
PSL integration here.  Really all users *should* set mydomain
explicitly, but for those who don't, the we can either always drop
a label, or do it provided the hostname has at least 3 labels.
