I think so. The SMTP server uses local_header_rewrite_clients to
determine whether the addres rewriting context is local or remote.
The result is used by cleanup and by some delivery agents.
The sendmail command-line submission claims that the addres rewriting
context is local, unless the -G option is given (as it is in basic
post-queue Postfix content filter examples).
