I don‘t want to bounce the mail publicly. I want Postfix to take it out of the 
active queue, put it into the deferred queue (on the *same* mail server) and 
Postfix shall attempt to re-deliver it later on.

Taking Dovecot LMTP offline doesn‘t seem to be that easy either. So I was 
looking for an alternative on the Postfix side.
