This was my problem:
Nov 9 20:26:17 minbar postfix/virtual[3125]: fatal: configuration
error: virtual_mailbox_limit is smaller than message_size_limit
Fix that, flush queue, BOOM, delivered.
Now I just need to set up the Thunderbird side.
