This log line has nothing to do with Eudora. Your postfix is not allowing mail from that IP (not in authenticated or mynetworks). How do you allow off-site sender? What sort of sasl login is your server advertising and what version of Eudora is it? Does Eudora understand the login mechanisms available? The last Eudora versions function quite well with authenticated logins though, so there's no reason this should be happening unless they failed to update in the last... oh, two years.
This is not the log line we need to see. Search for 63.229.177.226 and see what else is going on.
