yes, it's ok. Although most people do that (no_address_mappings) before amavis, so that amavis and spamassassin see the addresses before they are rewritten. and also to avoid expanding large aliases at the filtering stage. but if you have per (final) recipient spam checks, then you want rewrite before the filter (which is what you have now).
