Actually, the specially designated syslog_name can be very useful,
especially for troubleshooting & migration. To see who's using the new
port, use something like this:
grep sasl /var/log/maillog | grep submit
To see who's not:
grep sasl /var/log/maillog | grep -v submit
Oh no, THAT will be useful. I mean tthe specific errors in this case
didn't give any clue as to what in my current setup was missing.
