you need to report the output of 'postconf -n', the defintion of restriction classes (because this is not included in postconf -n), relevant content of the maps that you use, and logs. The rule on public lists is to provide as much infos as you can at once, without waiting for questions. because otherwise, we'll have a thread that may end in week or two (partial report, partial question, partial answer, .... etc).
