please - post output of 'postconf -n' (and not 'postconf') - post relevant logs (logs showing mail being received until it is delivered) - run 'postalias /etc/aliases' in case newaliases doesn't call postfix - tell us which class 'example.ca' belongs to (mydestination, virtual_mailbox_maps, virtual_alias_maps, relay_domains). please note that obfuscation doesn't play for you. do you really use "localdomain" as your local domain and "server1.localdomain" as your hostname? if you obfuscate infos, do so coherently. and please send these infos _inline_, not as attachments. on many MUAs (including thunderbird), attachments open in external applications, which is annoying to start with, and which make it hard to quote parts without cut-n-paste...
