We are running much better now. We have increased out maxproc to 200 and added smtpd_timeout = 10 to the main.cf.
It states that reducing the smtpd_timeout = should only be temporary. "No mail should be lost, as long as this measure is used only temporarily" We are running an older version of Postfix. We are hoping to update soon. Thanks for your guidance.
