Wietse does not release any RPM versions of Postfix. As you can imagine,
keeping that up for all the RPM-based distros would be quite a feat.
However, Simon Mudd has done a great job making SRPMs from which you can
build Postfix for just about any distro. The problem is, I think that's
what you used in this case.

This was a problem I reported to him a year or two ago, where it would
always result in case-sensitive cdb lookups. This was fixed in 2.4.7-2 and
it worked fine in my tests. However, it looks like it has crept back into
some release after 2.4.7-2.

To verify, I just built and installed Simon's 2.4.7-2 SRPM and cdb works
fine (not case sensitive). But in 2.5.5-1 it is broken again. Looking at
the changelog files, I'd guess 2.5.1-0.4 broke it again, since in that
release he no longer mentions 2.4.7-2.

You probably need to contact Simon and ask him to look at this cdb problem
one more time.
