I guess that if there is an $smtp_helo_name parameter, it could be set 
different from $myhostname. Am i wrong?


The smtp_helo_name is what your postfis sends when it acts as a client 
to connect to other servers. It is *not* what your smtp daemon shown in 
the SMTP dialogue. Therefore it smtp_helo..., *not* smtpd_helo...
