better order (and removal of useless checks):

           reject_non_fqdn_recipient,
           reject_non_fqdn_sender,
           permit_sasl_authenticated,
           permit_mynetworks,

           reject_unknown_sender_domain,
           reject_rbl_client sbl.spamhaus.org
           check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:60000
