Once again thank you very much for your help. I have upgraded postfixadmin to newest version (as Charles suggested) and setup up vacation again, in the way as it is decribed in postfixadmin/VIRTUAL_VACATION/INSTALL.TXT (without use of bcc_maps). So postfixadmin is not a filter now, but transport and it works fine - there are no duplicates.
