Cannot receive mail from a host, decode error:s3_pkt.c:1053:SSL alert number 50

A friend of mine is using Communigate Pro version 5.2.1. When he sends e-mail my Postfix 2.5.5 (on Debian amd64) using OpenSSL 0.9.8g I see this:
