Thanks! I am not just worried about the system performance, but 
possible blacklisting as it may send flurry of mails to external 
domains.

That's a different story, but happily depends mostly on the type of mail 
you're sending.

Some sites may rate-limit you, but if you leave it all alone, everything 
will eventually clear and your profile on the various sites should 
eventually return to whatever it was before.
