Thanks for the advice. I am succeeded in writing some simple policy service (in tcl), so it is now straight forward.
But, there is still a question: it certainly will slow things down. So, is it desirable to check with check_recipient_access before using policy service? In other words, redefine 'insiders_only' to use policy service, but still check if it even needed before?
