Firewall? My attempt at reading the postconf output suggests it should work, though I don't know if an empty mydestination is correct.
See if you can telnet to localhost on the postfix server itself, and check the output of netstat (`netstat -tnlp` for me) to make sure it's listening on the correct address/es.
