No.

I can make up gkdgfkgkgkasgk.charite.de, yet the domain charite.de has
registration details in the whois

I fail to see how this matters. The host name does not exist in the
DNS; postfix queries the DNS. Postfix does not perform whois lookups. End of 
story.
