Grab the test program from the postfix source tarball and compile
'auxiliary/name-addr-test/getaddrinfo.c' (a simple gcc on it will do)
You will see what Postfix sees when this option is set. (Run it in the
chroot)

Modify your system configuration if this returns what is not expected.
