I tried according to docs set bind address to 127.0.0.1 and the virtual ip,
It still sends mail out main interface.

You asked how to bind the postfix smtp client to your virtual IP address, which is described here:

http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#smtp_bind_address

interface != IP address

I don't see how controlling the origin interface will solve your problem, unless you've described it poorly. I have used smtp_bind_address to control the IP address of outgoing SMTP connections on a server that had another blacklisted IP address. It worked fine, if this is what you are attempting to do.
