?? What difference does an alias make? Either a recipient is valid or not...

Thats ridiculous... ;)

A properly configured postfix ALL BY ITSELF should stop 90+% with
virtually ZERO false positives...

Fix your system... and asking questions here (posting postconf -n
output) is a good starting place... :)
