Is it not the "permit_mynetworks" that is tripping you up?

As I understand it, postfix will walk down the list of restrictions from left to right, and when it gets to "permit_mynetworks", it decides "you're on the mynetworks list, so come on in, no further checks required". As a result, you never reach "reject_auth_destination", and mail goes through.

If you remove the "permit_mynetworks", that should in theory solve your problem.
