The other way (relayhost) come up already, and here is another: http://www.postfix.org/transport.5.html "and specify a wildcard for all other destinations." * smtp:outbound-relay.my.domain "Note 1: the special pattern * represents any address (i.e. it functions as the wild-card pattern)."
