So I got feedback from landry@ and test reports from florian@ (thanks guys!).

My opinion is that we don't need yet another NS implementation in ports
without being sure that it is actively maintained and used.

Pierre Emeriaud (cc'd) was at the origin of the creation of this port,
he volunteered to co-maintain net/knot with me.  He would take care
about knot itself while I'd handle the ports tree-speak part.

Does this proposal seem reasonable?  If so, ok to import?
