And looking at icb backlogs, it seems that it started to fail for
other people after i mentioned that it fails for me ;-)

I don't know anything about the build system used by pinta (didn't
even look), but if you could make a diff for running ktrace(1) on this one:
/usr/local/bin/mono /usr/local/lib/mono/xbuild/12.0/bin/xbuild.exe
Pinta.Install.proj /target:CompileTranslations
i would give it a try (probably not today or tomorrow, but during
the next days).
