I had similar problems on amd64 a few days ago; three out of four
attempts to build it with dpb hung this process:
31773 p1 IN+ 0:00.73 /usr/local/bin/mono
/usr/local/lib/mono/xbuild/12.0/bin/xbuild.exe Pinta.Install.proj
/target:CompileTranslations (mono-boehm)
