Diff and attached port to split off lockfile. Yes there are
alternatives to this, e.g. sysutils/flock (which is somewhat common
on Linux), but procmail has long been a common utility found on
unix systems and so lockfile has seen fairly frequent use in
local scripts, and I think keeping it available helps sysadmins.
