If I run aucat with a sample rate of 48000Hz, it solves the problem. But
there is a bug when parsing the parameters of the command line.

In these cases, it works:
aucat -l -m play -r 48000 -f /dev/audio1
env AUDIODEVICE=/dev/audio1 aucat -l -m play -r 48000

But in this case, the sample rate is ignored:
aucat -l -m play -f /dev/audio1 -r 48000
