Hi, Here's a patch for games/mvdsv to update the server to 1.10. Changelog is here: https://github.com/QW-Group/mvdsv/releases/tag/v1.10
The project that covers ezquake/mvdsv uses a shared separate repository called 'qwprot' and so I had to update that to using a newer commit, otherwise just some minor changes in the patch for line offsets. Compiles and runs. I tested it by connecting to it with ezquake from another machine and it works.
