Complete guess .. but this isn't related to timezone (eg 1 being GMT/UTC
and the other being localtime) is it? The tell-tale would be if you
weren't in UTC+1 or UTC-1 timezone :)

Paolo said pmacct computes the values for both fields, it would be
strange if one of the values was considering the timezone and not
the other...
