Are you using the newly released 0.10.0rc1 version ? If yes, do you
remember of having seen such behaviour before ? Which of the two times
is the right one ? Do you see stamp_inserted values rolling regularly
(i mean: 2006-02-02 10:10:00, 2006-02-02 10:20:00, 2006-02-02 10:30:00,
etc.) ? I'm still trying to figure out why it behaves this way; however
the problem should lie within pmacct as it gives the values to both
fields. Stay tuned.

I've tried with the latest version, but i've seen this behaviour
in the 0.9 series.
The right time is in stamp_updated, stamp_inserted always stays
one hour ahead of stamp_updated, modulo my sql_history value (5 mn) :
