There is not much that max2play does that piCorePlayer doesn't. The biggest differences for Joe average are 1) max2play implements samba for connection to any attached USB drive whereas piCorePlayer doesn't as yet and 2) piCorePlayer runs in RAM whereasmax2plsy doesn't. Joe will probably notice 1) but 2) will be invisible but is IMHO important.
