The Custom Scan data is probably not cleared properly if you get the
database is locked errors. In some of the plugins I've tried to delay
the scanning/refresh operations if scanning is in process. Is it
possible to see from the server log file if LMS or some other plugin
seems to do some kind of scanning simultaneously ? Have you only seen
the problems in 7.9 ? Which version of Custom Scan are you using ?
